Pompeii, Wine Tasting and Vesuvius

This is an exclusive tour, an unparalleled experience, a dip in one of the richest and most engaging chapters of the history of our time. We will visit 3 of the best-known archaeological areas in Campania: the excavations of Pompeii, the Wine tour, and Vesuvius. Pompeii was recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site thanks to the presence of civil and private buildings, monuments, sculptures, paintings, and mosaics of great importance for the history of archeology and for antiquity. Visitors entering through one of the ancient gates can cross the remains of ancient roads and admire houses, shops, the Forum, sacred areas, thermal complexes, theaters, amphitheater, monumental tombs, and much more. The wine tour will occur around Vesuvius Volcano, where there is a breathtaking wine yard where they grow particular grapes to make a great wine known as lacrimal de Christi, which means the tears of Christ. This is thanks to the volcanic soil. You can test different types of wine as well as eat authentic Italian food. This additional cost starts at €32 per person or more, depending on what you choose from the menu.   Includes four different wine tastings plus lunch.‎ The last stop of our tour is the visit to the famous volcano Mount Vesuvius, a journey through history, geology, and nature within the national park where the still active volcano is located. It will be possible to walk to the top of the crater, at about 1000 meters above sea level, from which you can admire a breathtaking view over the entire Gulf of Naples. Along the way, naturalistic riches, fascinating landscapes, centuries-old crops, and animal and vegetable species make the Vesuvian area one of the most fascinating places in the world.
