Data Processing Clause for Extra Hour

By the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CPRA), and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), we inform you that if the duration of a tour or transfer exceeds the scheduled time, an additional cost of € 50 for each extra hour will be applied. You must pay this amount directly to the driver in cash. We collect and process this information solely to ensure proper service management and to fulfill contractual obligations.
