Godfather Tour and Taormina – Excursions from Port

The first stop of this tour will be in Savoca, a fantastic village inserted in the list of the most beautiful Italian villages, famous for its marvelous ancient monuments. The second stop in Forza D’Agrò, with its incredible landscape, the 14-century monastery, and its ancient city center is also the Godfather movie’s location.

The last stop will be Taormina, where you will have a couple of hours to spend on monuments, food and shopping, and Messina. In Messina, we will see a church with bronze statues (King Christ church) and also a viewpoint that’s one of the oldest fortresses in Messina. The last stop of the excursion is the cathedral of Messina with its very particular astronomical clock (the biggest in the world).
